As many of you know, we started taking the triplets camping last year. I grew up with camping being my family’s main type of vacation and some of my best, core memories were made on those trips. While camping is an absolute blast, it can also be a lot of work!

You may often hear “reveal/details coming soon!” on my Instagram stories whenever I show something in our house that’s a work in progress. You may also often find that “coming soon” typically means like 2 years later, such as our farm table and kitchen 😂

When Jay threw out the idea of doing Hobbits for Halloween, my entire list was scraped and I got straight to work digging for outfits and pieces to make these costumes epic.

One of the (many) reasons why I didn’t want to start a family until we were settled in our new house was due to the fact I knew our emotional and financial resources would be focused strictly on a baby.

With winter here in MA, getting outside with three toddlers presents new challenges in the form of clothing, gear, and our sanity.

The triplets were only about 4 months old for their very first Christmas, so not exactly an exciting age for Christmas magic, but we were also in the middle of packing in preparation for our move to the new house. We never even got a tree and it was the most depressing Christmas ever.

Our fall bucket list was a huge hit and we had such a blast filling up our weekends and days with activities. With winter here and Christmas around the corner, I couldn’t resist doing a winter bucket list.

Since we get a lot of similar questions, I thought doing a little FAQ for this “intro series” would be a great addition. So let’s get started!

For this meal, I was determined to make something in the slow cooker because it’s always relatively quick with very little stove time required - Creamy Crockpot Tortellini with Spinach & Kale.

I had originally decided on this meal because I was feeling lazy and thought it was quick and easy. It wasn’t as time consuming as my past meals, but definitely more prep than I had anticipated - Avocado & Chicken Quesadillas with Veggies

We took the babies outside for a little bit of “pool time” this week. While Wilder was not a fan on day 1, he came around to the idea on day 2 when we left the water in the sun to warm up for a while.

Things are finally starting to open up a bit here in MA, at least outdoors, so we’ve been making the best of our weekend family time to get these quarantine babies out of the house and seeing the world (for basically the first time).

Another one for the books, this meal is one of those dinners that’s both delicious to kiddos, but also healthy - Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese.

Last week’s meal was definitely one the whole family enjoyed and I’ll be keeping it as a dinner staple for when they’re older - Sweet Potato & Steak Fritters!

Tuesday was a day of silence on my platform. Not because the very REAL issue surrounding racism should be silenced, but because it was time for me to reflect, listen, & figure out ways to move forward in solidarity.

Dinner last week was the first time these babies actually had spaghetti, but instead of the classic sauce and meatballs, I went for something a little healthier - Avocado Spinach Spaghetti.
